Progenix Recovery Protein
Pretty delicious stuff right here! I wish I could give a better review, but I have problems drinking protein. Every kind I've tried has upset my stomach. Matt loves this stuff, though!

I didn't get these ones...yet. I got the purple ones! I LOVE THEM! It is amazing how much better they feel when lifting. Unfortunately, they aren't great for running more than 400m, really. I felt floppy-footed? I don't know if that makes sense, but all in all these shoes do make a difference and are great!
